Conditions for obtaining service

  • The number of doctors in the center should be (3) at least.
  • In the event of a partner that is not a doctor, the doctors should own a total of 51% of the shares.

Procedures

  1. Referring to the Health Institutions Licensing Department and filling the licensing form of a medical canter and emergency 24 hours and attaching the official letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to state the purpose.
  2. Referring to the register of Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to document the application and transfer it the director of the Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to review and transfer it to the Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  3. Transferring the form with the required documents to Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  4. Providing the applicant with an approval official letter on registering the purpose.
  5. Referring to Health Institutions Licensing Department and providing it with the documents of commercial register and trade name.
  6. Addressing Doctors Association for opinion.
  7. When the response is delivered from Doctors Association and completion of the required documents.
  8. Preparing an official letter signed by the Minister with approval on licensing and work commencement. 

Required Documents

  1. Official letter from the Ministry of Industry and Trade stating the purpose.
  2. A copy of the title deed or lease contract.
  3. A copy of practicing professions certificate for doctors.
  4. A copy of commercial register and trade name.
  5. Copy of ID for licensing applicant.
